Norfolk, Nebraska — Julie Greve’s long professional career has been based on a simple strategy: “Treat customers how you would want them to treat you.”
Her customer service skills were accumulated by hands-on experience as a customer service representative with Nebraska Central Railroad Corporation (NCRC).
Her assignments included work with Union Pacific and with train management at every level.
In referring to her new assignment, she says, “There is something new every day. I will assist on the revenue side, provide support to the NCRC staff, and participate in the launching of new strategic initiatives for the company. Never a dull moment.” She will also bring her expertise to market development.
Greve will be under the guidance of Michael Haeg, vice president of marketing and sales at Rio Grand Pacific Corp., the parent company. “Her versatility,” says Haeg, “never ceases to surprise me.” He points out, “The industry is in a place where her skill-sets are so much in tune. Julie’s appointment is a well deserved recognition of her abilities.”
Julie Greve is originally from northern Minnesota, but has been a permanent resident of Norfolk since 1998. She lives there with her husband and two grown sons.
Nebraska Central Railroad Corp. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rio Grande Pacific Corporation, which has rail operations in Louisiana, Oregon, Oklahoma, and Texas. The firm has extensive national holdings in commercial real estate, energy, and technology. www.rgpc.com | 817.737.5885
