As Government Affairs Director Ms. Juliano brings twenty years of government relations experience to the position. She is responsible for maintaining government and tribal relations, legislative policy engagement and strategic communications. Prior to joining RGPC she managed other short line railroad government affairs portfolios and policy engagement for energy sector projects, tribal relations and rural development associations. She served for nearly a decade as a U.S. House of Representatives congressional staffer and prior to that as a program director for AmeriCorps VISTA. She studied political science at College of Eastern Utah/USU Eastern.
